This agreement governs access to our cloud-based production software and the responsibilities of both parties. It applies to all modules for manufacturing control, quality management, and resource planning.
The platform provides functions for digital production control, quality monitoring, and capacity planning. Access is granted via a personal account that must not be shared with third parties. Changes to the scope of services will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the machine data, shift schedules, and quality parameters you enter. Access credentials must be kept confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately by email at info@dubwisefactory.com.
The software supports decision-making but does not replace on-site professional inspection. We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect data entry, inadequate sensor technology, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
The contract runs for the agreed term and automatically renews for twelve months unless terminated six weeks before expiry. After termination, you will receive your exported data within 30 days as a CSV or XML file.
We may adjust these terms if legal requirements or the platform's functionality change. Material changes will be communicated to you by email. If you do not object within six weeks, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
